Configure the warmup time, interval distance, number of intervals, rest time between each interval, and hit start to begin your workout.
The app is designed to be completely hands-free. Turn off your screen and stash your phone in a convenient pocket -- let the comprehensive audio cues guide you through the entire workout. Audio cues instruct you when to run, when to rest, and give convenient notifications on distance and time remaining during active and rest intervals. The audio notifications are designed to interleave smoothly with your music, so you can continue to enjoy your favorite tunes.
When the workout is over, you can send a report to the email address of your choosing.

Number of Intervals: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12
Interval Distance: 100m, 200m, 400m, 600m, 800m, 1000m, 1500m, 2km, 3km
Interval Rest Time (min:sec): 0:15, 0:30, 0:45, 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, 3:00
